30 Day Returns

Items may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days of purchase.  Items may be returned for refund up to 14 days of purchase. Return merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box with all the warranty card and instruction books intact. This includes any diamond certificates or grading reports. Damaged items, discounted or sale merchandise and items that have been altered, such as sizing or changes to the original design, may not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the name of the purchaser or name on the receipt. Refunds must be issued on credit card used for purchase and any checks written must have a hold of 10 days before refund is issued.
 

Lifetime Warranty

Select Diamond & Engagement Rings qualify for our Lifetime Warranty; inspections are required every 6 months. Warranty options are available on other merchandise categories.  Please see store for complete details.
 

Layaway

We will gladly Layaway your purchase with a 20% deposit.  A payment is due every 30 days. Failure to make a payment may result in merchandise being returned to stock and are subject to a restocking fee.  Cancellations on layaways after 60 days are subject to restocking fees. The original deposit is non-refundable for cash after 60 days.
